Convenient stay close to Haram
convenient location easy access
The location is very near masjid al haram. It's about a ten minute walk. Shops are also around the hotel, offering convenient access to necessities.
There were issues with answering phone calls before arrival. I tried to inform them about my late arrival, but there was no response.

The hotel is approximately nine minutes walk to Haram. Many desi restaurants are located around the hotel. The flat road to Haram made it easy to push wheelchairs.

convenient location helpful staff clean room basic amenities
the location was convenient. it was a short walk to al haram. the staff was helpful at all times, i noticed. they provided everything i asked of them. effectively, the room was clean. there were tea bags, sugar, and a kettle. available was tv and a refrigerator.

Customer service was good. I saw this. the receptionist and a housekeeper provided assurance. they aimed to. i appreciate their dedication. it helped.

All desi restaurants are nearby. I noticed this. it was convenient for finding meals. i found many options easily accessible on foot. the proximity to various food choices made dining very simple for me.

Decent Location, Some Issues
small room indifferent staff
The room was quite small (i expected a bit more space). The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool enough. the staff seemed a little indifferent. It wasn't terrible, but not particularly cute. I also noticed a strange smell in the hallways at times.
